I signed up last year for the personal training, led to believe I had a one year plan. 5 months into the program, I realized the program was not a good fit for me. Buyer beware - caveat emptor!!! Watch out - these guys will take your money and run. Ever wonder why the fitness companies dont last more than a few years - poor business model. They sold us a \$1,000 personal trainer agreement. We are still paying and we passed \$1,500. Run and go buy your own equipment before you line these guys pockets!!!

PLAYROOM WARNING:In the last two weeks, UAs playroom has gone on a waitlist. This means that you have to stand around the lobby, trying to keep your kids in line, or leave. They have cut back weekend hours despite a large influx of new members from a membership drive and the holidays.Call ahead to find out if they are experiencing a wait. A waitlist completely screws up your visit!

Do not join the Graceland Club. Right now they have a huge amount of equipment that is not working and they have not fixed some things for over two months.Half of the small TVs do not work, the stairmaster is broken, etc. Ask the staff and they say they did not know about the problem.They must not have any management to check on these things.

What a joke Urban Active is! They advertise \$20/month memberships, but charge you \$280 upfront for various registration and misc dues. THEN they hit you every 6 months with a maintenance fee! I cant wait for Cardinal Fitness or someone to come into the Columbus area at put Urban Active out of business like Ballys!
