To only have one access to 4 different buildings is absolutely diabolical for all delivery drivers I would never recommend this place to anyone I know
This place is infested with roaches, bad smells and bad neighbors. Laundry facilities are unkept with inconsiderate neighbors leaving their laundry inside so others can’t use. The smell of weed is everywhere and no matter how hard you try to cover the smell in your apt, the cigarette/weed smell lingers. I’ve had my package stolen 3 times. The mail box has been broken into many times by the druggies that sneak in at night and management could give a damn about it. I have multiple videos of homeless people attacking tenants the dog parks are disgusting never picked up the gates never close they ARE NOT GAY FRIENDLY!!! THEY lie about infestation they lie about the safety of it they have a serious mold problem that they try to cover up I have yet to have my bathtub painted correctly they have now done it twice and it doesn't stay I have no exhaust fan in my kitchen my cabinets wood is rotted out that they told me about and never came to fix it I've had my car and other renters cars vanda... read more
