DO NOT USE ERIC URBACH AS AN ATTORNEY!!! I've been dealing with him for almost a year and can count on one hand how many times he's talked to me on the phone he NEVER answers and I have to text multiple times to get a half response he has me calling around instead of handling that side of things himself, he's unapologetic and ignores my calls and text for weeks!!! Says he'll call and never does I will never recommend him do not use him for any legal services !!!! Please use anyone else !!!
Eric doesn't pay his contractor's! Did a job for him but he won't pay me 1 dollar he keeps saying he is putting money together but that has been months ago. This job was performed last year.
Eric Urbach is a great attorney. He worked hard and fast to resolve my issues.
This so-called attorney of the law represented my daughter in a divorce case of which he had a full year to prepare and garner information and documentation of which a very poor settlement was given because of his poor planning and weak representation. The final settlement only allowed my daughter who is trying to support herself and her child who makes close to a poverty level wages spousal support of $800 for one year and only $241 a month for child support, while the father makes $6000 a month at his job.
