I am not sure why Jonas doesn’t have a paralegal doing his intake, but I called and kindly asked for a consultation if they had caseload availability and without knowing anything about my case he proceeded to berate and insult me, making inappropriate assumptions about my situation, and give advice that I did not ask for. And now his comment is insulting me yet again. I am shocked that he has any good reviews, maybe I got him on a bad day, but truly an awful human experience.
