URB-E is a great company with excellent customer service. They are dedicated to giving their customers the best in urban transportation and with the URB-E, they deliver. They also offer free test drives at their store in Pasadena so check it out! Nothing quite like riding an URB-E!
When we first got in contact with Urb-E, it was a very disappointing experience. Since then a lot of changes have been happening within the company. They have completely met and exceeded our expectations of their customer service. Thats one of the strengths of dealing with a small business, when there's a problem they can react quickly and fix it. I will definately deal with them again.

Love URB-E!! It's fun to ride, easy to carry, and I ADORE not paying for gas or parking! Plus, I'm a big fan of the URB-E rides they host around LA. They're fun excuses to check out somewhere new and get to know the URB-E team.

Test drove one and got to speak with the founder who walked us through the build and features of this product. Beautifully engineered quality product that is clearly a labor of love. Lightweight, compact, easy to handle/store, and perfect for urban commute. Fun too - kinda makes you giddy getting on a Urb-E! This is going to be a Christmas gift to myself this year :)
