I 10000% recommend this place. I have never felt so at peace and taken care of at a barbershop in years! In fact, I’m always on the hunt but I finally found my place. Sussy, the owner, is godsend and one of a kind. She understood everything about my hair, my head shape, my features, how to get a nice look and keeping it super natural. Sussy is the best! Amazing work and detail, and every appointment is filled with fun conversation! Absolutely great spot to get your cut.
The most important thing I always looked for was the Customer service part which is something that lack in other shops but URAGA BARBERSHOP surpass this even in this small diverse neighborhood. I travel from queens to Brooklyn to mostly get my son’s haircuts and he loves the attention with them, especially with Sussy. She’s a peach! Offers drinks and a place to sit and chat. In addition she blessed me with the best experience even through my graduation time. Love the shop and her staff.
Love going to see Sussy. Always gets you right, plus the towel treatment and shoulder massage make me want to come back even when I don’t need a cut. Great vibes in the shop!
