I've had nothing but terrible experiences with the ER. They'll often make little attempt to diagnose what the issue that brought you in is (they flat out admitted they lacked the ability to ultrasound a body part) or completely misdiagnose a medical ailment as nothing more than anxiety. They have no issues with lying on medical records as well and don't be surprised if it takes over an hour to get your discharge papers after you've already been cleared to go.
The observation unit employs nurses that are so ridiculous. My sister was there before she transferred herself to another hospital. She forgot her pillow. I stopped by to retrieve it and no one would speak to me. When a traveler tried a nurse sitting in the plexiglass nurses station told her that she would take care of me. Then she turned her back to me and didn't turn back. I asked another nurse where list and found is but he was a float and didn't know. Rude, childish and ridiculous.
