Not impressed, first appointment told me to make a second appointment for an ultrasound.. in 6 months. Just got a message that my October appointment isn't valid even though I made it in the office with dates given to me by the receptionist. Now they can't see me until the end of January 2027. Definitely going to check the system for other vein treatment centers.

Very kind and compassionate. All staff were wonderful from reception to PA. I would recommend to everyone.
This office did a poor job of checking insurance approval prior to my scheduled surgical date. They encouraged me to keep my scheduled appointment as they were working on it as I made the two hour drive to their office. Approval was denied and I was encouraged to have the scheduled procedure anyway. I did not. Make sure you have insurance approval well in advance of your scheduled surgery. This office did not represent my needs well at all.
