I had a terrible experience with Dr Warren and his staff between canceling appointments the same day as I arrived at the office to being at a different location and once I arrived they said they don’t do the procedure in that office. Very unprofessional from his staff even handing me the wrong person after visit summary. I did a consultation for Bulkamid and between cancelations and incorrect misleading information had the procedure done in his office in saw grass. Really appreciated his skill in communicating the facts, asking questions and listening, and making what would otherwise be an awkward process feel very natural and conversational! .. and that was just the pre-op consult!
I had a stone removed from my bladder. Dr. Warren is competent, reassuring, and caring.
