Once you are done with your visit, there is no way to communicate with the Doctor or PA or reception desk to follow-up. They do not answer the phone. There is no option on MyChart to email or follow-up. I understand all of this. It’s an urgent care facility not a Doctor’s office. . But I had an infection in my eye. The PA saw me & was going to send the prescription over to my pharmacy & send the summary of the visit to MyChart. And she did until she sent a prescription for a discontinued medication. This location has always been excellent, from the receptionists to the nursing staff to the PAs to the MDs. I have never had a less than stellar care experience. I have a Primary Care Physician but I can always get in to see someone when I am experiencing an urgent health situation. I can’t say enough good things.
