I was impressed with the care I received at this urgent care on a Sunday afternoon. There was very little wait time; the front desk check-in process was very good, and the nurse and doctor were extremely professional and efficient. I was very glad I went there because Dr. Houpt listened to my concerns. I appreciated the care he provided and felt confident throughout the process.
My wife needed urgent care for post surgery knee pain and received excellent care from the entire team at UR Urgent Care Penfield. We were there late Sunday afternoon and had a 10 - 15 minute wait that seemed reasonable. She was examined and explained her pain which was evident as she spoke. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Timothy Malia. He was very professional, attentive and caring throughout my visit. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care.
