I had an exceptional experience under the care of Katie. From the moment I arrived, they demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a clear commitment to patient well-being. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Their ability to communicate with medical staff was seamless. Front desk didn’t list more than half of my symptoms, dr wrongfully said there was no irritation in my throat, then tested me for strep after being told it’s viral. These people suck and do not care about you.
This team went above and beyond for me and I am incredibly grateful. Not only were they very professional, they were also extremely compassionate. Normally I pass out when having my blood drawn, but they were so quick and gentle, I stayed fully conscious. They even played my favorite soothing music and held my hand to get me through the process. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, truly.
I never write reviews. But this is ridiculous. DR. Kelly Scott is a rip off and URMC should be ashamed of it. Going into a urgent care to see if something is in your ear for a 30 second appt. and being charged $355 Also having this done before and at half the cost when something actually needed to be removed at the same location. Be better and stop overcharging and ripping people off!
