Second and last time I will go to this urgent care. The nurses are great, but the rest of the staff could benefit from a professional development on professionalism.
Worthless. Son had a dislocated shoulder. They said “we can’t fix that” and dismissed him. No explanation. AND THEY CHARGED MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR DOING THAT NOTHING! Ended up at ED at Highland. Never go there.
Be careful where you go. If the PA doesn't even look at the infected area, it's a sign you should leave. That's exactly what happened. I went in for an infected finger, and she never even looked at the finger. She just prescribed an antibiotic, told me to soak it in warm soapy water and massage it. That's it. The finger is still not better 5 days later. What is the point of Urgent Care if they don't care for you or about you.
Went there because I’m sick and they basically told me I’m fine and to suck it up! Proceeded to yell at me and not even check me out for my issues!
