The PA spoke to me in a demeaning, dissmissive and caustic manner, shamed me about health issues I have that were not even related to why I came in, and was the least compassionate provider I've ever encountered. There are ways to communicate without being a complete jerk, but she lacked that skill set entirely. I won't be returning.
I would recommend PA Leah Ruiz to anyone I loved and cared about. She took amazing care of me along with her nurse Kelly
