Y'all should let people know if they make an appointment and they are not "critical" then inform them you will be skipped. What is the point of making an appointment if you are just going to be lable " non critical" I will say Michael at the front desk is a very nice gentleman.
Excellent from front desk to nurse to do. Efficient, knowledge, polite and quick
The gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind as well as the nurse. But as soon as the doctor walked in, the vibe changed. She didn’t even smile at me or make eye contact. She seemed annoyed, miserable and perhaps burnt out. She asked if I had a fever and I said I hadn’t checked but I felt like I had one and informed her the nurse didn’t take my temperature (just blood pressure and oxygen levels) so I didn’t know if I had one. Appointment was rushed and diagnosis wrong. After my daughter was seen I felt uneasy about the NP’s diagnosis. Took her this morning to her pediatrician. Thank goodness that I did, she had a severe infection in her lymph nodes. I’ve lost my trust with urgent care clinics
