Told my husband his lungs sounded "great" and that the antibiotics took care of the double bacterial pneumonia. WellNow urgent care NP rolled her eyes and said "no it's back" gave a prescription and were monitoring low grade fever for potential hospitalization. 2nd time in two months this place has given poor service. It's actually shameful to have the UR name on this building.
Visited 1/7 for a shoulder injury. Seen by PA Jeremy. Xray was ordered that showed rotator cuff injury and tissue injury. Xray also showed part of lung that indicated pneumonia. Got a prescription for antibiotics. Glad he caught that condition. Jeremy was friendly, thorough and considerate. Staff was nice. Bottled water was offered to people in waiting room Visited again on 1/19 for follow up Xray. Very short wait. Tech was nice
