So I have been having major pain and stiffness in my joints, all of them as well as occular migraines since mid February. I have slight inflammation markers. My pcp is concerned and sent an urgent referral to Red Creek. They literally just sent a letter on my chart stating they looked at.my file and they wont see me. Since when do we treat people based on paper only. They didnt even consult with me or my pcp. This is what the world has come to, they just dont care anymore. Went to the rheumatologist for a second Opinion and received absolutely no help. I was totally Ignored with any of my concerns. The DR only went on my previous bloodwork and would not do anything else to help me. She told me my bloodwork ment nothing it was just a name, number and pattern. Was told no way I have anything autoimmune. Will never recommend this place to anyone unless you want someone who don’t care what you have to say!
I have been referred to the rheumatology clinic five times in two and a half years. I was diagnosed with lupus by another provider where I used to live, and they have also refused the transfer of care from my former neurologist. Four of the referring doctors are from UR, and they still refused to see me. I have had a positive ANA and plenty of medical documentation to confirm the lupus diagnosis, but they state that I don't have lupus without so much as a consultation in person or by phone. I was sent here for chronic pain and Fatigue. After all tests were in I finally after years heard words that said diagnosis and was given medication that was actually working without being made sick to my stomach like everything else I took in the past. After a year without warning I was told to stop taking the medication, that I didn’t need it and they released me as a patient. But I could come back if I felt I needed them.
