My name is Felicita Vazquez and my mother is a patient of Dr. Fleming. She came to Fl to help a daughter, my sister with cancer. She lives with our baby sister in NY. So, We called and changed her appointment to virtual as it was a follow up appt. These people has given me the worst run around. I have been a patient here since 2017. I have Ideopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. The care I have received from my medical team has been exceptional. I'm so grateful to everyone involved in my care especially Dr. Nagel,Dr. Kottmann and Tina Parameter,NP.

I am impressed by the staff of Pulmonary and Critical Care, and they have been helpful over several years, not only when I was a patient, but also when they've been asked to look at x-rays or scans ordered by other physicians.

I agree with other reviewers that this group of doctors do not care about their patients. I have had pulmonary issues since May, and was referred by my primary to them 2 months ago. My first and only appointment was virtual. Dr. Petronaci met with me. She did not show me my radiological scans to explain my condition to me. I had to ask multiple times for clarification. It was only on the fourth attempt to get clarification that she said I needed to be referred to another specialist for another condition that is potentially s... read more
