Phone staff is extremely rude and snotty. Multiple times on different calls. Unacceptable behavior.
Physician services are wonderful; however, the front end staff is very rude. I take an injection every two weeks, and instructed to call ahead to have the shot prepped. This occasion I followed my normal routine; phoning at 9:45 am and arrived at 10:15 am. It is now 10:32 am and I am still waiting. I have gone to the window twice to make sure the tech was aware that I'm here, and was told yes. Next visit at the window results in a shouting match back and forth, with this old hag. Great docters ! But my only complaint is , I called to cancel a app as soon as they opened and the lady told me she was documenting it as a no call no show because there was no one to full the spot. ??????? Which makes no since because how does she no no one is gonna call and need an app. When my daughter goes back for her update app. It will be the last time I'm taking her. !!! No impressed . Staffing is very un professional
