I had to find out that my PCP of many years had left the practice via Medicare Advantage's letter today. When I called Twelve Corners, I got a recording that told me I should have received a letter about this from Twelve Corners. I had not. I couldn't connect with a human being. So, without my knowledge, I've been without a PCP for over a month. This is not a nice way to treat a long- time patient!
