After having a horrible experience with a previous Primary, this office restored my faith in ‘medical field’ humanity! Karen O’Shea (NP) was not only EXTREMELY thorough, but she listened with genuine compassion and concern. She relieved all my fears and I literally walked out of the office crying happy tears of hope and promise!! The staff were equally as comforting! Cannot be more thankful!
Dr. Geoffrey Morris determined that I had anxiety that created extreme stress when I had to come into his office. In order to refill my prescriptions for anxiety, high blood pressure, and prostate issues he required me to come in to his office. No other options were offered and I don't have any medication left. He screamed at me on the phone that I had to come into the office and that he wasn't obligated to treat me. I hung up on him when he became abusive.
