Left the office today crying hysterically because I felt dismissed by the provider. Came in with a sudden onset of a 12 day severe debilitating head pain and was told there was no reason for imaging, lab work or further work up. I felt feeling so defeated- 5 stars to the front desk staff that hugged me and made sure I got to my car safely she’s a true asset to this office. Thank you!
I am so fortunate to be a patient in this practice. Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind. I feel respected by all staff in this office. I am able to get world class care anytime I need it. The nurses and secretaries are consummate professionals. My privacy is protected at all times. They are personable and I always end up laughing when I talk to them. I have been with this practice and my GP for many years. Unfortunately the secretary staff has changed a great deal and they are not only completely incompetent but rude and disrespectful. Sussie is by far the rudest and condescending medical secretary I’ve ever encountered. She actually laughed at me when I had called to follow up on some information that she said she gave to my doctor but in fact never did. She should be removed from her position. Great doctors and very accommodating with video appts when necessary. It was easier when the blood lab was across the hallway. Having the imaging in the same building is wonderful.
Heather in the front desk was completely unwilling to assist me. I'm a returning patient. When she told me I could no longer go here (since I moved & returned), I asked if she could help me with the name of the doctor that I saw at this practice because I believe she had since moved. All she did was repeat that they aren't accepting new patients. I confirmed I'm not looking to go here but looking who I saw last, the doctor's name.
