When dealing with this office ALWAYS call to confirm your appointments. I just drove 40 minutes there to be told my appointment was canceled 5 minutes after I scheduled it 2 months ago and they don't know why. And, now to drive 40 minutes home for nothing.
Got put on a medication that is controlled and I am highly sensitive to if I run out. The office constantly screws up my refills! I have to "bug" them every damn month to refill my medication in a timely manner. It's been over 6 months of this and you'd think they would put a note in their charts that I NEED MY MEDS. Instead, I'm hit with excuse after excuse of how the doctor was sent back a urgent refill request. I love doctor Houston but had an extremely frustrating experience last time I made an appointment. I used the the app and requested a telephone visit as I expected my issue would just need me to ask a few questions of my doctor and then he would potentially order labs. I was told I had to come in so scheduled a visit for Friday. I then received a call that the doctor was no longer available and it had to be rescheduled to Monday. Called to see if they were accepting new patients and they weren’t, but I had the pleasure of speaking with their receptionist Janae! Beyond helpful , Customer service was 10/10 and she was so kind, She deserves a raise and more Absolutely made my day!
