I wanted to see Dr. Harmer today so I arrived at 12:30 and they said that I can't get on the list for a walk-in until it's 1:00. I went to my car and I waited until 12:58, came back inside and they said that walk-ins were full. I said that I got there at 12:30 and she said that they started taking names before 1:00. I expressed my frustration and her response was, "Do you see all those people behind you? They all arrived before 1." Correct! And so did I, by a much wider margin! I loved Dr.Upham before she left!! But I had the worst experience here with my children trying to receive flu shots! We waited an hour and half for them to tell us they were out of flu shots! I was lied to and told there was one nurse working and two came out to tell me what happened! I never felt so disrespected and disgusted coming here! My babies were not able to receive flu vaccines SMH
