Dr. Castiglia is fantastic. He actually listens to what I have to say and answers my questions in terms I can understand. He fully explains treatments and medications and considers my input. He is great at arranging referrals when needed and the office handles all the insurance (Medicare/Medicaid) issues. He is quick to respond to on-line questions and appointments are quick and easy through My Chart. I highly recommend his services.
Bad experience even not as a patient. I was trying to find a bathroom before my 5 hours drive. I thought a medicine center is supposed to help people so I asked the pharmacist if they have a bathroom. She said the doctor office side building has it. I asked her to guide me but she refused to help me. Yea. She can spend 30s to guide me but she is too unfriendly and unkind to help another woman. This is so disappointing. This business just refuse to help a random people who need a simple help.
