Receptionist is very condescending
I am very disappointed with the unprofessional staff and the lack of care shown to my father, who is 74 years old. Since our visit on May 2nd, it feels like we’ve been shuffled around with no real progress or attention to his needs. The people who answer the phones here are the worse. Totally incompetent and idiotic. This is the first time returning to the office since covid and it absolutely the worse. Instead of helping you they tell go to the app. Go to this or that online. I dont kmow how to do any of that, i want to talk to someone. I miss dr taylor. Never had that problem when she was there.
