Ig make sure they actually give you the right time for your appointment, because I asked for verbal confirmation multiple times over the phone only to be informed after arriving that I was given an incorrect time and therefore missed my appointment, and spent money I frankly can’t afford for gas to even get to the office only to be told to return at another date.
I see Julia Carson for my care and she is always so wonderful. Listens, is thoughtful, and is thorough. Nothing but a great experience.
This office is horrible! I have been misdiagnosed by the NP and turned away from making appts because they are too busy. I called yesterday and since they had no appts they referred me to urgent care, when I called today to schedule a follow up for the second time having strep in two weeks they said they are busy and have no appts and referred me to a dentist. The front desk and check out staff is also very rude when you call to make an appt or ask a question. I have been a patient here for 18 years and work in health care a... read more
