It is unfortunate that by rating this awful facility I am inevitably giving them a star. When I first got to my appointment an appointment that I waited six months away I took this appointment on my break at work and was waiting for an hour to be seen 5 min by doctor Hyde who was not informative or helpful and seemed very disinterested in assisting me. Had an appointment today. Went to get my prescription filled pharmacist tells me my insurance won't pay for the prescription as it has two ingredients but my insurance will pay for each one separately.(Go figure.) Pharmacy has contacted U or R Podiatry with info. I called their office three times only to get a recording and no call back when I KNOW FOR A FACT there are at least three people sitting next to a phone in the office. If I could give zero stars, I would. Needed to reschedule pre-op appointment bc of work, receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t get nurse on phone so I tried emailing doc/nurse thru ‘My Chart’ and never heard from anyone. Date of surgery came and went without a phone call from the office. Headed over to Unity where I was taken care of in timely and professional manner. Not acceptable for a university hospital!
Terrible! Won't re-fill a prescription. Won't give me an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Leaves me with no choice but to go somewhere else. Worst experience with a doctors office in my life.
