At such a sensitive time this doctor made a comment that was extremely disrespectful and upsetting. I would strongly not suggest her.
We’ve had a great experience with this office and with Dr. Cubillos. At Halloween they dressed up a couple years ago and the kids loved it! I’ve felt like I was well heard and also was given knowledgeable information to make decisions for our child.
My child ended up in the emergency room and needed the help and expertise of Dr Cubillos. The whole team was very professional and caring to myself and my child during the surgery as well as any follow up needed. The office was well set up for children and very clean. The entire staff was so friendly. Hoping to never need their services again, but if I did, I'd gladly visit here again.
We were told our child would need an X-ray before being seen. The receptionist tried to put us with the PA, but we asked to see the doctor, so she made an appointment with the doctor. My husband took the whole day off so that he could take our child to the X-ray and the doctor. They sat and waited for the doctor, and the PA came in. After a while, my husband asked when they would see the doctor, and was basically told that they wouldn't. The X-ray was also not necessary, barely looked at.
