If you can go anywhere else please do! My son has a very urgent problem where he physically can’t use the bathroom and they sent us home saying everything looks normal to just drink more water when we told them he cannot urinate! He got to the point where he was in so much pain he couldn’t sleep and ended up in the ER AGAIN! The ER had to extract his urine for him and called urology saying he needs an appointment ASAP. They have, what I'm assuming are energy saving lights in the waiting arra which are nice. The downfall is the loghts appear to dim or turn off if no one is in the waiting room so upon approaching the door the department looked closed. Overall, the staff is very friendly! The doctors and nurses were able to answer all my questions and made me feel that they cared.

Calling to schedule an appointment took 25 mins…. I was placed on hold multiple times and by hold I mean told to hold on so the receptionist could have side conversation while I was listening in.

My son (10yo) has been a patient for about 3 years. The staff is amazing! As a parent, I appreciate Dr. Abasi's easy, fun, caring bedside manner. She's very good at explaining things so that my son understands what's going on with his body. It's always a good experience visiting the office. Highly recommend!

We've been here several times for the treatment of our son's hydronephrosis. The staff is always very friendly, respectful and helpful and have made each appointment pleasant. We had an issue with scheduling and they resolved the issue quickly as well as when we needed med refills. We are very grateful for their dedication and feel our son is in good hands!
