Called to get the results of my daughters sleep apnea testing which is my court ordered right and they told me that they couldn't tell me anything over the phone but I can make an appointment to come by myself to get the results which is craziness so I just told the girl with the attitude then I'll just pull her medical records that simple.. don't sound very professional either!

With all the money URMC makes you'd think they'd at least try to make this place a little nicer? It's cold looking.. outdated and not pleasant or visually pleasing at all. No kid friendly decor or anything appealing. I would be terrified if I had to sleep here the beds come out of the wall. Maroon ugly floors, overhead lighting .. no. It's unfortunate UR is all we have in the area . My daughter is already scared to go back here to sleep . Do better you've got the funding

We did a sleep study for our child here about 6 weeks ago, we haven’t received the results yet, so we called. We were told they will have the results in about 7 MONTHS. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. We are talking about a child’s health here. This needs to be taken more seriously.

Called to make an appointment for a follow up to my 16 year old daughter whose has been constantly waking up with migraines. Was told the earliest they could get her in was January! This is unacceptable! We will not be coming back!

Doctors, there are extremely rude. The office staff is pretty decent. That’s why I gave a one star.
