Do not waste your time with Strong, go to Rochester General. Strong has a 6 month to year wait time, just to tell you they aren't accepting new patients. They sent me a list of about 20 child psychologist in the area to call instead of using them, no one was taking new patients. We have had excellent experiences since with Rochester General Behavioral Health.....go there!

If I could give this service a zero I would. After the phone session regarding my daughter, we received a letter on MY CHART stating that “ I am unable to provide services to your child at this time”. There was no health care provider listed at the end of the letter, no reason given, wanted us to work with our Pediatrician regarding psychiatric medications. Been calling for days and no one will answer or help . I actually called at 445 today because I work all day and the lady put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back n she answered and hung up 3 more times. Horrible and disgusting she should be fired.
