Went for sever back pain had Eppi doc hit the spot true magic highly recommend
The office line was not turned on during normal business hours several days when I tried to call to make an appointment and been trying to get in touch with them for a week. The number for the office in Hornell is disconnected. And 4 months after being referred to them I'm in more pain and discomfort than I was before the referral.
This group in particular and UR in general have no interest in helping patients. UR came into Cananadigua bought everything and seem surprised all Physicians are not sheeple willing to back into their harnesses. In all other encounters with a healthcare system affiliated with a teaching hospital a superior healthcare system develops. Today if you want a PCP in Cananadigua NY, UR system is scheduling a year from now. Do yourself a favor and avoid this system at all costs if possible. This is my experience
