I was in severe back pain with very little strength in my right leg . My primary doctor sent me in for a MRI. I had Dr Molinari look over my MRI results and he recommended a series of exercises and physical therapy first before any surgery was to be performed. He did an amazing job in a laminotomy on my back, and cleaned out the arthritis that had narrowed the passageways for nerves in my back, and cured all my symptoms from my back for years. When I again injured a different part of my back years later, he properly refused to operate again, and advised against it fearing a 50% chance of putting me in a wheelchair if he tried to deal with extremely high risk operation, and recommended I give it several years to heal on its own, which worked.
