No one ever answers the phone nor calls back if a message is left. In addition, their ability to “schedule” is a joke. You will be a MINIMUM of 30 minutes just sitting there for your appointment. Likely it’ll be longer. This happens Everytime. And to make it worse, when you finally get brought back to a room, be prepared to wait there for another undetermined amount of time. My knee completely blew out while I was dusting. I went to URMC Orthopedic Urgent Care where they did an X-ray and gave me a cortisone injection in my knee. Days later, my knee was still red, swollen, hot and very painful. They refused to see me again or let me see any Orthopedic surgeon before 3 months later. Finally, in desperation, I had my pain specialist order an MRI which also scheduled for 5 weeks out.
