Called 8am on Monday requesting a call back. I did not receive a call back. My father in law broke his hip and was referred to Dr Vaida. Left a message for his secretary after going to office because nobody would call us back promised we would receive a call back from his secretary. Again no call back. He is now at RGH getting surgery tomorrow while we are still waiting for a callback from URMC. Deplorable customer service
