They REALLY need to hire anyone to answer the damn phone , and I mean anyone. It doesn't take a degree to transfer a call to the wrong place but that would at least be something
Went to RU ortho for shoulder issue. They asked to X-rays sent that were over 2 yrs old instead of just taking new ones like the spine dr did. Went thru all trouble set up transfer of records and they were going to set up apt for me. Never called back. Then 4 weeks after spoke reception to send records they call saying I need to see pain management first. I’m not in pain!!! Feels awful lot like the Dr finding any way to avoid apt. Very odd. Would not recommend anyone who doesn’t have all day to make calls and waste time! Ver... read more
The facility is so new and lovely, the medical staff also was very helpful, quick and responsive
I was referred to see Dr. Mitten through a specialist because my needs were beyond their expertise and the receptionist refused to schedule an appointment for me stating that none of the University of Rochester doctors including Dr. Mitten are accepting referrals or second opinions. She could not even give me any other recommendations or options to call instead. Terrible service and care.
It wasn’t that great the doctors were rude and disrespectful
