I am a 70 year old woman who was in great health worked out 4 times a week with arthritic knees. It has been three years since my last cortisone shot. My left knee started acting up. I stopped working out and Called for an appointment and told I have to wait TWO MONTHS. Now my right knee and ankle is bothering me as well as my lower back. Blood pressure is up and gaining weight!
