Refuses to use common sense and doesn't listen to needs and wants of patients
I called to schedule an appointment to be seen for an ankle issue and the front desk person was rude and dismissive!!!! I tried explaining my issue and was repeatedly cut off and interrupted!!! Clearly they do not need any new patients.
I had a bad experience when I saw Michael Maloney with a bipartite patella (naturally formed fissure in kneecap that became irritated after repetitive motion such as cycling or running). He walked into the room and said something along the lines of "we can get that out of there" by surgery, and spent about two minutes before quickly leaving. As he was walking out I asked the name of the condition, which he hadn't shared. After he left there room, his own assistant suggested I manage it without surgery. I left the office with... read more
Dr. Maloney Performed rotator cuff surgery on both my left and my right shoulders. At different times, of course. He performed two Knee surgeries. I cannot say enough about this man! I’ve had surgeries from other doctors in the past. None of them hold a candle to Dr Maloney!! Dr Maloney is the best surgeon in western New York!
