Best Orthopedic Shoulder Surgeon in upstate New York. I’ve had both shoulders replaced by him and can’t be more pleased. He’s amazing. Extremely professional. If you see another surgeon for your shoulder you’re making a mistake.

Doctor Voloshin is one of the top researchers & surgeons in his field. His approach is perhaps more like a strict professor than a hand holding feel good doc. However, you can rest assured that you are getting one of the best surgeons in NY when he fixes you. I had a total shoulder reverse replacement. This is a new procedure. He aced it. I had the worst experience with Dr. Voloshin, which is so sad because his PA was amazing! Dr. Voloshin did NOT stop talking long enough for me to say a single word, he told me that there was nothing to fix and that all I needed was another shot and more PT after these have continued not to work. His PA was the only one that stopped to listen to what was wrong and gave actual solutions, but he immediately shut her down. Even she looked shocked!
