Love Dr. McKnight but I can't call to schedule an appointment because it just rings and rings and hangs up.
Don’t recommend this place. Providers don’t seem competent (besides Dr Scibetta who I think may now be retired) first provider didn’t realize I had a chemical pregnancy and came in saying congratulations giving me a pregnancy booklet although I had been in the ER almost 2 weeks before and if she had looked at my chart and lab results before coming into the room she clearly would have known I was no longer pregnant. My Dr put in an urgent rush request for a Colposcopy due to an abnormal pap smear. Receptionist lied to me and a different reason for not getting back to me each time. I had advanced cancer several months ago and we need rushed to make sure that the cancer hasn’t spread. Myself and my doctor have attempted to escalate the referral to no avail. Very frustrating and disappointing.
New review 7/23/25 I have called three days in a row trying to get an appointment before the 20th of August. I started a new job advised I would not have ins until August 1st. Originally I was set up for next Monday the 28th and was estimated about $700 for out of pocket with no INS. I don’t feel comfortable paying that. I also don’t feel comfortable waiting until the 20th of August due to my history of issues. Will not help or put me on a cancellation list. My friend called today while I sat next to her and she had the phone on speaker. The receptionist was extremely rude and incompetent frankly. The first time she asked my friend for her full information, the receptionist said my friend was not a patient. However my friend had been in a few months ago. The receptionist proceeded to ask my friend for her full information 2 more times. By the 3rd time giving the same information over and over my friends voice got a little tense. But that is all.
