Had to leave work in Syracuse to pick up my wife and two kids from home since we only have one car (40 minutes), then drive her to her appointment here (another 40 minutes) being only 13 minutes late. She comes in for the receptionist to say "you're 15 minutes late, the doctor won't see you. She has a 10 minute cut off". My wife wasn't a full 15 minutes late. Now I have to drive my wife and kids back home (40 minutes) and I have to go back to work (40 minutes). Not using this office again.
