Far from home but better then OCMH!
Love this place. Very kind staff, from the front desk staff to the counselors. 3 of my children attend here.
Felt very supported by my counselor.
My child had a good experience.
I wish they would replace the receptionist. Beginning to think I'd rather just find therapy further away. My kids therapist wasn't in, and we drove all the way to Avon for no reason. The always rude receptionist said she called and left a message this morning, but the last message my phone received was last Wednesday, 5 days ago. No missed calls today. No messages. My signal is fine in my house, where I was all-day long. I don't know what number she misdialed, but she didn't call me. An apology would be nice. Maybe a smile o... read more
