I was referred to this office for suspected nerve damage and oral nerve pain. The wait time for the appointment was over six months. They told us the wait time was so I could be paired with the right physician to treat my condition. I called the office twice before my appointment to ensure I would be treated by the right type of doctor. Both times I was told yes I was coming to the right place to be treated. I went to this place to g to get help for my wife for d ett mentia.Instead more trouble. The doctor ignored her tests results and focused on blaming the caregiver.typical gaslighting. Lol Complaints are ignored typical poorly run unit Had the same results then years ago for parkinson
My husband had been at another facility for many years misdiagnosed. Before we even met the team at U of R neurology, he had a complete team of caregivers. Once we met them, they quickly diagnosed my husband. I can't say enough about their caring, professional way, I will be forever. Grateful that I met them.
Dr Lin was awesome. He spent plenty of time assessing my complaint and gave me time to ask any questions I had.
