The Front desk needs to be more respectful answering their phones. Also they need to be more helpful in accommodating patients to be seen sooner than their original scheduled appointment, especially when it’s posted (same day visits). My first visit there a couple weeks ago and the vibes were so off. Rather not go back here and waste my time and energy for nothing.

Very rude front desk staff, horrible attitude and rushing you off the phone. When trying to get an annual appointment scheduled for a patient.

I have been with MIPS since it started at the Hospital. About 20-25 years ago. I had the same Dr. until last year when she retired. My care here has been very good. They are very involved with my care mentally as well as physically. I can always get an appointment when I need it, most times the same day. The front desk people are very friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses are great and always pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone who gets care at Strong Ties.

From: Barbara Cotie (client/patient at Mips for 6+ years). MIPS is a great place for medical care.1 I have always been treated professionally there and had great care there. Dr. Morse always wants you safe and medically up to date. I have seen the facility grow there over the last 6+ years and feel I have had great medical care there always. I would reccomend the MIPS clinic wholeheartedly.
