Really concerned staff. Professionals are very upbeat, gentle, and kind. Feel-at- home. I'm very comfortable, in this calm and loving environment for my husband. 😌Relaxing 😌😎
This place when u can get in offers the world. A one stop shop. For some reason they cant hold onto any doctors. The doctor side is great until the patient doesn’t respond to medication then u get passed to the PA who is AMAZING! The psychiatrist side changes like the wind. Then when you meet the new one they do not have time to review the patients chart. Oh don’t forget they look over the patients medications and then ask you why did they put the patient on those medications? Hmmm who is the doctor here? Well shame on Stron... read more
They never answer the phone. 3 months now. Tales over a week to call you back. Voice mail system is always full. How does this help patients with Dementia! I thought Strong was one of the best, what happened!
After being away for 2 years due to patient refusal after an immediately liked doctor at the URMC Memory Care Program (MCP) moved on to research, we returned in Jan 2023. We had a truly helpful visit with Dr. E. Clark, social worker M. Ayles, and haven't met in person yet but often by phone, social worker S. Ruhlin. Dr. Clark showed to be very knowledgeable about the lesser known but catastrophic Lewy Body Dementia (LBD).
