I get blood work once a week and normally have a great experience here.. I have leukemia and require butterfly needles, and when I requested one, the lady taking my blood laughed at me and asked me why. i explained that I’ve been told I’m more likely to scar and she said “I don’t know about that” and laughed again. This really threw me off and was pretty upsetting. after being stressed about bloodwork every week the last thing I want is to not be taken seriously.

The Drs here are okbbut bedside manner at Thompson is something they need to be taught if I have a choice I'd choose Clifton Springs hospital over ff Thompson Anytime I've gone to the ER I've been treated horribly but Clifton treats me great Everytime

Properly greeted upon entry and understanding Staff explained the tests to be taken and return times. Staff then provided professional assistance during intake as needed for urine test and phlebotomy. The lab and reception areas were clean as would be expected in a hospital striving for Center of Excellence service delivery. I worked ER as a Corpsman on an aircraft carrier for about three years. Good work!

Drove 1 hour for lab work for my child that was order urgently. Arrived at 5:15. Posted multiple places online and on the door of the building that they close at 5:30pm. We were turned away because staff are "cleaning up". Furious.
