Staff do an excellent job. Blood draws are pretty painless and efficient. Main concern mentioned by others is privacy which is a function of the office layout making this a difficult issue for staff.
Openly sharing screaming my private medical information infront of everyone. Embarrassingly ignorant staff that cant even seem to read a chart or an ID properly. Repeatedly tried to speak to someone they told me they have tried to call which is an absolute lie. Lone behold no voicemails no nothing over a year later. Criminal. I should sue.
Staff cold and unwelcoming and there was already a urine sample in the bin when I went to put mine in there. Hopefully they don’t get mixed up I guess. I will happily make the 30 minute drive to noyes next time I need to go to a lab
The receptionist is nice. They do a good job with getting people through here. But I am really tired of getting bad bruises from a simple blood draw. I'm not old. I'm in decent health. But the past 3 times I've been there I've gotten terrible bruising from the person doing my bloodwork (not the receptionist). The attached photo is from 1 week after my blood was drawn.
