From start to finish every staff member I interacted with were caring, professional, respectful, polite. And I want to thank the staff for continued support throughout my IV process. It took a while to find a spot and I was fortunate and forever grateful that we finally found a spot and I didn’t have to come back. For any staff member that had interaction with me on 2/15/26 A HUGE THANK YOU!!!!! I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU!!!!
The Mri is scary but they make you feel comfortable
I cannot praise this imaging facility enough. All personnel we encountered were very caring towards us. I am still in disbelief how wonderfully they got us through a tough moment. The facility is top notch in cleanliness also. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
my husband has been here alot. they are the premier imaging company in our area. I've never heard of any delays in getting information. but we go through the doctors office for those results. to people who say Borg Ide is better. we are unable to see the same. B I imaging is closed weekends and no after 430. how is that help the working people in this world?
Imaging results did not show sizing reading. When calling to ask for an addendum to the radiologist for a more specific reading the women took down my info and then just hung up on me. Very rude.
