This place is partly responsible for my declining state of mental health. I was supposed to be referred to a gi dr here four months ago for stomach pain and digestive issues. Since then it has been a private hell, calling both the referring practice and this one over and over and over again. No one ever calls me back. The stories are always changing. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Whoever is answering the phone acts like it's a huge inconvenience that you called. She talks over you and doesn't listen at all. When messaging on MyChart, they'll promise to get back to you and you'll never hear from them again. When calling back to see why I hadn't heard back from them on scheduling an appointment, I was told I'd been put on a wait list that was several hundred people long. Nurses were incredibly friendly and helpful. Made it much much less stressful. Procedure was painless and fast(at least by my perspective since I was under anesthesia. Couldn't ask for better service.
