Been waiting to be seen by this office since February, had a scheduled visit for June just received a call that it has to be rescheduled but due to the "urgency" I can be scheduled in July. If it was urgent why have I been waiting since February! I have not even set foot in this office and they have given the worst impression of the practice. I hope these doctors know what kind of office staff they have working for them.
I don't understand all of the negative reviews, I've had nothing but a positive experience here and with the doctors. I guess I am speaking from a patient's POV who has been here 6 years and not as a new patient trying to get an appointment, so I can't speak on that aspect, but I always contact my doctor via MyChart and I almost always get a response same day to my medical questions by staff.
