I don't understand all of the negative reviews, I've had nothing but a positive experience here and with the doctors. I guess I am speaking from a patient's POV who has been here 6 years and not as a new patient trying to get an appointment, so I can't speak on that aspect, but I always contact my doctor via MyChart and I almost always get a response same day to my medical questions by staff. Sick patients are paying them hundreds or even thousands of dollars for a 30 minutes visit, and they can't even provide a free parking. UoR is getting ridiculous. They only care on maximizing profits instead of helping sick patients.
