I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. By far the worst experience(s) i've ever received from any medical office/professional. I requested a transfer of care after countless unanswered messages and phone calls to the PA I was seeing. When you message in MyChart, it tells you messages can take up to 2 business days to be reviewed/responded to, but every message sent was never responded to. I do not know anything about this practice. My review is based on my interaction with an employee, known only as Rosie to me. Rosie took my call, listened to my situation, and did everything she could to make getting an appointment easier for me. I do not know how it will end, but I wish more people at these practices are as kind, helpful and knowledgeable as Rosie. Steve Gleason

I was referred by a Emergency room Dr 5.1/2 weeks ago 1 week later was told I was on a wait list. After 5 weeks I called first call had trouble locating referral. But then was told she found it things were being reviewed someone would call me back. 2 days. go by I call again. instructed I'm on a wait-list no new pt. appointments available and they have no idea how long I will be on wait list. I was referred here by another doctor. I waited two weeks for a call to schedule a new patient visit. I never got one, so I called them myself to inquire about scheduling. They told me they had the referral and the “providers were reviewing it”, and I would be called. Weeks go by and no call. So I called again, they tell me the same thing.
