Today I had the pleasure of being a new patient of Dr. Hiral Patel at the Genneseo campus. I was treated wonderfully by all staff members. In particular, Dr. Patel had given me a very thorough eye exam. I was diagnosed with something I was not expecting. I will be going back in 3 months to see her again. I am aware of the situation. Dr. Patel treated me brilliantly. I have every confidence in her. I highly recommend this eye care facility!
