I saw a diabetes educator here, and she was absolutely wonderful. However, I am lowering my rating due to billing procedures. My insurance (BCBS) requires a copay for all my medical visits. I assumed this one would be the same, being through UR Endocrine. I was surprised with a bill for hundreds of dollars more than usual. Apparently, my visit was filed with my insurance company as the provider being "Highland Hospital" and a hospital outpatient visit resulted in a much higher charge for me.
