I found Dr. Mercurio to be kind, friendly, and informative. She’s an excellent doctor with an equally impressive bedside manner. I’m happy to have found a dermatologist and staff that I really like and I’d highly recommend her and her office to friends and family. What a great group of people, thank you for making today’s visit a pleasant one!
If you enjoy a callous provider with no interpersonal skills, who treats you as a specimen rather than a human being, she may be the clinician for you. I sat waiting in a cold exam room, naked from the waist down for 2 hours and got 3 minutes of her time. I left feeling frustrated, angry, and without hope that I can get help for my condition. It saddens me that she is training and guiding the next generation of physicians.
I thought Dr. Mercurio was wonderful. She explained the procedure she was going to do. Spent time with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would definitely recommend her and her team.
By far the worst care I've ever received from a dermatologist... Dr. Mercurio and her team rushed me in and out of appointment each time, and I did not feel like I got the attention I needed in the appointments. Interactions were insincere. She also put the blame on me when she did NOT make instructions for my treatment plan clear enough to me. Glad that I did not continue seeing her after this. Very disappointed with my experience considering how renowned Strong Hospital is for their care.
Doctor spent less than 2 minutes with me. I felt that she did not care about any questions that I had. I felt like a bother to her and would not recommend. Absolute rip off considering the $700 charge. I will never go back.
I have been sitting there and waiting for 40 minutes and finally I asked the nurse to ask her out. Finally saw her, however, she spent less than 5 minutes in the room and sent me away. Not recommend.
