I love Dr. Severson. She's very kind and thorough but also down to the point and quick. She did move offices from Evans Street to the Batavia Medical Center on Oak Orchard Road and it was inconvenient to not have been notified until showing up to the old address.
I have always found Dr. Severson to be the kindest, most caring and calming doctor when I have needed her brilliant service! I am truly grateful she is in Batavia, and that I can always count on her!
Dr Severson and her staff have taken care of me for over 20 years and have given me the confidence that I am getting the best care possible! They care. They take the time to make sure my issues are addressed and are very professional. They have been instrumental in my overall health and glad they are in and stay in Batavia.
Former patient of 'Dr. Severson who is an excellent Dermatologist" I Called the office to make an appointment and got a staff member who works from home, (person was very nice) but waited on the phone 24 mins while she communicated back and forth with the actual office, to have them look up my info and ask about what type of an appointment, Office visit or new patient because i havent been there in a long time.
