Dr Severson and her staff have taken care of me for over 20 years and have given me the confidence that I am getting the best care possible! They care. They take the time to make sure my issues are addressed and are very professional. They have been instrumental in my overall health and glad they are in and stay in Batavia.
Former patient of 'Dr. Severson who is an excellent Dermatologist" I Called the office to make an appointment and got a staff member who works from home, (person was very nice) but waited on the phone 24 mins while she communicated back and forth with the actual office, to have them look up my info and ask about what type of an appointment, Office visit or new patient because i havent been there in a long time. Reason why is because sometimes i would have to wait sometimes 6 to 8 months , when the home worker tried to get in... read more

Awful service . do yourself a favor and find another doctor
I gave this business one star because one of the Nurses who called me back was very condescending , insensitive and very rude and disrespectful!! Shouldn’t be working in health care none the less working in Healthcare with those who are struggling and dealing with sensitive issues… I have extremely sensitive skin and really need tinted windows in my truck, every time the sun rays come through, it effects my skin negatively, I’m trying to get a window exemption sticker and my cause isn’t serious enough…guess my skin will have... read more
