I been waiting for my appointment and I came 15mns late because the place is really hard to find. I came on time but then I hade to walk around the building to find the place. I'm 5 months pregnant and when I finally made it to the check in they said my appointment was canceled. I explained and they didn't care... for me is not fare when the place doesn't have the proper directions on the streets.

Very sorry, lazy workers at eastmain downtown. They don't answer there phone , it's very hard to get in contact with anyone. Very unprofessional, want return calls know matter what. I have been waiting to see a dentist for 2yrs . It started off good with them , and I have been with them over 7yrs now

They mess up fillings for cavities, waterboard you with the squirter, and ignore other issues until they become a bigger problem. They dropped the cavity filling liquid on my tongue and ignored my choking. They do the bear minimum if they know what they're doing at all.

If you need your tooth pulled and get in early when they open they will pull it 1-2 hour wait.... everyone was very kind it was a little traumatizing there as I think they may be new /learning dentists but my tooth got pulled like i wanted, will update the healing so far it's been bleeding a lot.

5+ messages left over the course of a week and a half, not one attempted response on their part. Probably best to visit their location in person to get any information from them.
